my take
November in the Fagnes means mud, fog and a genuinely technical course. This is the Belgian Ardennes trail that most Luxembourg runners rate hardest per kilometre.
about the event
The Hautes Fagnes trail weekend, run from the Ovifat ski slope at the gateway to the nature park. The winter programme is the GT65, GT35, GT22 and GT12, each carrying UTMB Index points, spread over the Saturday and Sunday. Entries are online only and winter registration opened on 1 June, so sign up before you travel.
