my take
November in the Fagnes means mud, fog and a genuinely technical course. This is the Belgian Ardennes trail that most Luxembourg runners rate hardest per kilometre.
about the event
The Hautes Fagnes trail weekend, run from the Ovifat ski slope at the gateway to the nature park. The winter programme has six distances: GT80, GT65 and GT22 on Saturday 7 November, then GT50, GT35 and WG16 on Sunday 8 November. Entries are online only and winter registration opened on 1 June, so sign up before you travel.
