One distance, no options, seventy-one kilometres in late November. It has the reputation it has for a reason, and it is the sort of thing you enter in August and think about for three months.
about the event
Long-standing Belgian long-distance classic, a single 71 km course from Olne to Spa and back with 2,296 m of positive elevation, starting at 08:00. Entry is 35 euros, and the race is organised by the Cercle Sportif Olnois. The 2026 race is the 30th edition, starting from the Hall Omnisport on Chemin des Ecoliers in Olne. At the time of checking, all 1,000 places were taken and a waiting list was open. The four aid stations have no cups, and a phone, survival blanket, two cups and headlamp are mandatory. The official time limit is 13 hours.
