Who is responsible

This site (sitraka.lu) is published personally by Sitraka Forler, in Luxembourg. Contact: sitrakaforler@gmail.com. Hosting: Vercel Inc. (deployed to European Union regions). The site's code and data stay in the EU.

What data, and why

Newsletter — if you subscribe, your email is stored at Brevo (EU-hosted) after a double opt-in (you confirm via a link). Purpose: sending you the weekly events digest. Legal basis: your consent. One-click unsubscribe in every email.
Sitraka Daily — the app works without an account(everything stays in your browser). If you sign in (Google/GitHub via Supabase, EU-hosted project), we store your first name and your daily check-ins to sync across your devices. Only you can read them (row-level security). Legal basis: your consent.
Analytics — Vercel Analytics, aggregated and cookie-free: no individual profile, no advertising tracker.
Local tools (offline Daily, Playbooks, agenda pins, the "one honest line" journal) — stored in your browser's localStorage, never sent to a server.

How long

Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe. Daily account: until you ask for deletion. Analytics: aggregated, no individual data retained.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing — email sitrakaforler@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg's data protection authority, the CNPD.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker. Signing in to Daily uses technical storage strictly necessary for the session.
