Preparing for Silvesterlauf Trier?
Race day is Thu 31 Dec 2026, in 67 days. Counted back from that date, a two-week taper would start on Mon 21 Dec 2026; the planner lays out base, build and peak from the day you set it. The taper is the one phase with a meta-analysed optimum: about two weeks, training volume cut by 41 to 60 percent, intensity and frequency kept (Bosquet et al. 2007). A standard structure, not a training plan and not medical advice.
