The dead days between Christmas and New Year are exactly when a 10 km helps. Nearly 800 people finished the last edition, so the field carries you round.

52nd edition of the year-end road race, starting and finishing in the Sportcampus Saar stadium. The 10 km main race at 14:00 runs mostly through the Saarbrücken city forest, with a flat 4.4 km campus loop at 12:30, a 2.2 km youth race at 13:20 and a 1 km children's race at 13:40. Free parking in the university garage, about five minutes from the start.
