mon avis
December trail running in a national park, 40 minutes from the border. Cold, dark under the trees and much better than a treadmill in the dead weeks before Christmas.

Winter trail in the Hunsrück-Hochwald national park, largely on technical singletrack, in its fifth edition. Three courses leave the Hochwaldhalle: about 46.8 km with 1,500 m of climbing at 08:00, about 33.5 km at 09:30 and about 15.5 km at 11:00.
