About the event (2027 edition)
The eighth edition of Luxembourg du Rire, the French-language stand-up comedy show, takes place on Saturday 24 April 2027 in the Rockhal Main Hall in Esch-sur-Alzette, in a seated configuration. Doors open at 19:00. The first two artists announced are Roman Frayssinet and Marine Leonardi; the Rockhal says more names will be added in the coming weeks, so the full line-up is not published yet. According to the Rockhal, the previous seven editions sold out and have drawn more than 25,000 spectators since 2019. The show is produced by the Rockhal with Southside Production, and tickets are sold through the Rockhal website. The October 2026 date was the festival's first winter edition, an afternoon show; the April date remains its main evening edition.
