About the event (2026 edition)
The Kropemannsfest is Redange-sur-Attert's folk festival on the last Sunday of September, held in honour of the Kropemann, the water spirit of Luxembourg folklore who became the commune's emblem. On 27 September 2026 it opens at 10:00 with a theatre play, followed by music on several stages until about 18:00, stalls with ceramics, jewellery and food, a children's village and a small-animal show. Shuttle buses serve outlying car parks and nearby villages.
