about the event
The Trierer Weihnachtscircus marks its 20th anniversary at Trier's Messepark from 18 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 with Eiszeit, Circus on Ice: the ring is covered with real artificial ice instead of sawdust. The venue announces figure skaters, teeterboard and handstand acrobatics, rope skipping and tightrope acts, in a show of about two and a half hours including a 20-minute interval. Shows are mostly at 15:30 and 19:30, Sundays at 11:00 and 15:30, starting with a family day on Friday 18 December at 15:00; none on 21 and 24 December or 1 January.
