my take

Seeing Ban's work inside a Ban building is the whole point, and a nine-month run removes any excuse.

about the event

The Centre Pompidou-Metz devotes a major exhibition to the architect of its own building, Shigeru Ban, who is curating it himself. It occupies Galerie 3, the parvis and the Paper Tube Studio and runs for nine months. Museum admission applies. Ban gives a talk on the opening day, 5 December.
