Vaz works in the gap between cinema and installation, which is exactly what Mudam's big galleries are good for.
about the event
Mudam gives Brazilian film-maker Ana Vaz a six-month show of films and installations about colonial modernity and its mark on land and communities. It includes the last chapter of her Meteoro series and a new film shot in the Amazon, and the galleries will also host events and workshops.
