8th Annual EC-EIB-ESM Capital Markets Seminar

The European Commission, the European Investment Bank and the European Stability Mechanism hold the 8th edition of their joint Capital Markets Seminar on 30 September and 1 October 2026 at the BCEE headquarters in Luxembourg, from 09:00 to 18:00. Announced speakers include EIB President Nadia Calvino, ESM Managing Director Pierre Gramegna and Commissioner Piotr Serafin, alongside executives from the ECB, Bundesbank, Luxembourg Stock Exchange, BlackRock, BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole CIB. Sessions focus on EU public issuances and the evolution of European capital markets. The event is hybrid, in person and livestreamed, and registration is open to the public on the event page.
