About the event (2026 edition)
The POP Gaming Festival is POST Luxembourg's annual gaming weekend at Luxexpo The Box in Kirchberg. A large free-play zone with consoles and PCs, VR experiences, cosplay contests, a retro-gaming area and esports tournaments fill the exhibition halls over two days. The event is aimed at gamers of all ages, with a dedicated family area and workshops for younger visitors. POST sponsors the event as part of its digital-culture programme. Luxexpo The Box is served by tram and bus, and parking is available on site. The 2026 edition took place on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2026.
POST Luxembourg's gaming weekend takes over Luxexpo The Box with a large free-play zone, VR experiences, cosplay contest and the POP Esports Masters season 7 finals on the main stage. Built for gamers and families alike, with Game of Thrones actor Kristian Nairn as guest star.
