Finally a sovereignty panel that begins with what physically exists here instead of a policy wish list.
about the event
Panel, run with LuxDefence, that starts from the data and compute infrastructure on Luxembourg soil and works outward to ask which technology layers the country must keep and where foreign dependence turns into risk. It promises to separate credible strengths from critical gaps rather than list ambitions.
