Trier's Rosenmontagszug is the big carnival parade organised by the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Trierer Karneval (ATK). Rosenmontag falls on Monday 8 February 2027; as read on 13 October 2026, the ATK's page still shows the 2026 edition and gives no 2027 time or route yet. In 2026 the floats lined up from 09:00 on Medardstraße in Trier-Süd, the parade set off at 11:11 and an after-parade party followed from 15:00 at the SWT Arena. Watching costs nothing; the ATK says the busiest stretch is between Neustraße and the Porta Nigra.
