Pay transparency will hit bank and fund pay structures harder than most HR directives, and the minister speaking before transposition is the tell.

The ABBL and BDO Luxembourg put the EU pay transparency directive in front of the financial sector, with Labour Minister Marc Spautz on the upcoming Luxembourg transposition followed by a panel of practitioners. The conference runs 16:30 to 18:00 at BDO in Gasperich and ends with a networking cocktail. It is in person and the ABBL says registration details will follow, so watch the page.
