meine Meinung
Fifty metres of climbing over a half marathon makes this one of the flattest in the region, so it is a sensible place to chase a time. Twenty-five minutes from the border.
über die Veranstaltung
Charity running event on the banks of the Moselle at Yutz, beside Thionville, organised by the association Poussières d'étoiles. A half marathon of 21.1 km with only 50 m of climbing starts at 10:00 and a 10 km at 10:30, with walking routes alongside. Start and finish are at the Aéroparc de Yutz. Early entry costs 20 euros for the half and 14 for the 10 km; full prices are 25 and 16. Entries are online only, with 1,200 places across both races. The association supports people with cancer and their carers.

Was die Literatur sagt, keine Vorschrift: Intensität halten, Umfang senken (Bosquet et al. 2007) · Kohlenhydrate 10 bis 12 g pro kg Körpergewicht und Tag in den 36 bis 48 Stunden vor einem Wettkampf über 90 Minuten (Positionspapier ACSM, AND und DC, Thomas et al. 2016) · 7 bis 9 Stunden Schlaf für Erwachsene (Hirshkowitz et al. 2015). Ergebnisse erscheinen meist nach dem Rennen auf der Seite des Veranstalters.
